These environmentally intelligent box substations are integrated with high voltage switchboard, transformers, low voltage switchgear, intelligent supporting communication components and the shell. These Substations offer “Four Remote” functions:
Remote Regulation – For the download of setup parameters of various intelligent devices
Remote Data – For obtaining measurement data system of each unit
Remote Control – For energy storage, switch-off and switch-on control of various switching devices
Remote Information – For checking the information of various switch devices and the detection of the switch status.

All these Substations incorporate a high voltage switch with a selection of advanced products with high reliability, automation equipment and intelligent interface, such as SF6 Gas-Insulated High Voltage Cabinet, compressed load switch, vacuum load switch and others.

Low Voltage Switch – The use of an ordinary frame, molded case supported with electric actuator, plus intelligent communication element, achieving the protection, measurement, monitoring, communications and other intelligent functions.

Transformers – A selection of S11-M.R series of iron core totally closed distribution transformers produced by the company, with many advantages such as protection-free, low noise (＜55dB), energy saving (loss reduction), long life cycle, reliable operation, and small size. When the box-type substation is installed in the residential area, its noise indicators become an issue of concern. Therefore, S11-MR series have become the first choice of the box-type substation.

The Shell – In addition to shells made of the metal materials such as color steel, aluminum alloy, aluminum-zinc plates, it also has non-metallic material shells made from glass fiber and special cement by a special process. The shell has been widely used due to its shape plasticity, corrosion resistance, heat insulation and sound insulation.
