KYN28A-12 Metal Armored Centrally Installed Removable Type Switchgear

KYN28A-12 (GZS1 Indoor Metal Armored Centrally Installed Removable Type Switchgear is an indoor complete set of distribution equipment with 3-Phase AC 50Hz for receiving and distributing 3 to 12kV of network electrical energy, and for controlling, protecting and monitoring the circuit. Various types of microcomputer-based integrated relay protection devices can be installed on the relay small-room panel of this product, enabling the intelligent control system with remote control, telemetry, signaling and remote regulating functions.

The device can control the on-site network through CAN bus with the communication interface. This switchgear meets the standards of GB3906, DL404 and IEC-298 and has the “Five- Prevention” functions namely, prevention of the misuse of a circuit breaker, prevention of on-load push and pull handcart, prevention of charged closing earthing switch, prevention of power transmission of the earthing switch in the grounding position, and prevention of straying live interval.

This cabinet can not only be equipped with vacuum circuit breakers such as VS1, i.e., ZN63 and ZN12V, but also with imported VD4 vacuum circuit breakers and VC series vacuum contactors.

  • The cabinet structure is assembled with imported aluminum-zinc plates via multi-bending, so it has high overall strength. Its dimensions can be guaranteed to be consistent.
  • Full metal armor and the room completely separated.
  • The cabinet shell protection level reaches IP4X to protect the equipment from debris and invasive pests.
  • Simple and effective locking to prevent wrong operations.
  • It can be equipped with VSI, i.e. ZN63, ZN12V or imported VD4 vacuum circuit breaker and VC series vacuum contactors from ABB.
  • The vacuum circuit breaker in the high-pressure chamber and its operating mechanism only require little maintenance.
  • The replacement of circuit breaker is very simple, and the interchangeability of the handcart with the same specification is excellent.
  • The cabinet can be installed not leaning the wall for easy maintenance of both sides. It can be placed leaning against the wall to reduce the occupied area, with the maintenance of the cabinet face.
  • The secondary line is laid in the trunking with enough size, which makes wiring convenient.
  • There is large space in the cable room, which enables multiple cables connected. The installation in the cable room can be observed through the window.
  • Using fast grounding switch, with the minimum dynamic standing current up to 80KA
